Discussion is based on persuasion guided by logic and reasoning. Te factual factor to back a point and listen to what the other person is speaking gives conversation a direction. A generative conversation is thoughtful and is directed towards exploration Learning how to learn is imperative as it unites the group and fosters the notion of collaborative learning. As Lao Tzu said that “the journey of thousand miles begin with just one step”. True engagement with work and the desire to excel leads one to prosper and progress. Living in the moment and making the best of moments adds purpose to life. We may have lofty buildings, heavily worded policies and innumerable systems and procedures in place, yet, they are all intangibles.
