It gave a platform to the students to explore their creativity, innovativeness and allowed them to develop holistically. It developed their higher level critical thinking, oral communication and social interaction skills. I observed that it also promoted student-faculty interaction and familiarity, increased student’s retention and helped building self- esteem. It also promoted a positive attitude towards the subject and created an environment of active, involved, investigative learning. It also beneftted the students to work as a team and learn from diverse groups, enhanced their self-management skills, built more positive heterogeneous relationships and promoted higher achievement and class attendance. Skill is a technique to do any work easily and smoothly. In our day to day life, so many challenges come which we have to face and overcome to run our life easily and smoothly. Te world bodies such as UNICEF, UNESCO and WHO list ten core Life Skills as empathy, self- awareness building skills, creative thinking, problem-solving, decision making, efective communication, inter- personal relationship skills, coping with stress and coping with emotions. Undoubtedly these skills are abilities that held to promote mental well-being and competence in all the people in general and young people in special as they face the realities of life. Life skills are generally applied in the context of health and social events. Te defnition extends to consumer education, environment education, peace education or education for development, livelihood and for generation of income. A. Tinking Skills B. Social Skills C. Emotional Skills A. Tinking Skills: - Tinking is also a skill. What to think? When to think? and How to think? We must know about all. We know that a thought leads to our destiny. We must know the thinking process. THINKING Ð FEELING Ð ATTITUDE Ð ACTION Ð DESTINY Ð THINKING What we think the same thing we feel. What we feel our attitude becomes like that. What our attitude becomes, we act like that. After action what we get as a result is our destiny. What destiny (challenge, problem, situation, result etc.) comes in our life we again think over it and the same process circles in a cycle. Toughts are the raw material we give to the mind as a food. It depends upon us what type of raw material we give to the mind, the same type of feeling will be generated. Information from the people of society, newspaper, television, incidents occurring in the surrounding, social and family environment are the food for mind. All these information are the raw material.
