Tese are the beautiful words of William Butler Yeats but practically became a reality now. Students are coming forward with new and creative ideas. Tese tasks can be completed individually and collectively. It is right to say that team work is better than individual work. Collaborative learning is like the professional diving to get the real pearls from the depth of Ocean. Now, getting an education is easier, fruitful and full of enthusiasm for every student. Tose who cannot perform well, can score good marks with the help of team work. In each sphere of life, such type of collaboration is essential to achieve the goal. William A Ward said, 'the four steps to achievement are to plan purposefully, prepare prayerfully, proceed positively and pursue persistently.' Education is not only to excel in exams but to prepare students for broader aspects of life and life skills. At this stage, students should collaborate with their fellow students and share their ideas and give shape to them under the guidance of talented gurus (teachers). Education with collaboration is the key to unlock the golden door of creative and dynamic thinking mind. Tere is no doubt that quality education at all level is, and has been critically important for all societies at all times. An educational institution thus needs to provide an emotional, cultural and intellectual environment with collaborative and multi-dimensional guidance for its students that helps to nurture their dreams, develop their talents and help them to achieve their goals and ambitions. In my opinion, collaborative learning under the guidance of CBSE is a revolution in education. Tis can bring a highly qualifed, moderate, superfast and active pathway to the modern generation. Tis pattern instills curiosity and empower to explore the new ideas. It is right to say that individually, we are only drops, together, we are an ocean. “Coming together is beginning. Keeping together is process. Working together is success”. Teaching is more than the activities defned within the classroom. If you can understand a child, hundreds will understand you. CCE gives teachers a number of chances to understand their students in a better way. Teacher should think and move beyond the utmost bound of human thoughts and achieve the impossible because this is the demand of today’s world. Te purpose of true education is to prepare the young ones to educate themselves throughout their lives which can be possible only when it is based on collaborative learning and modern teaching techniques. Te CCE pattern lays emphasis on the various activities to boost the confdence level of the students and enables them to face the diferent challenges of life. As rightly said by Dr. Annie Besant, Te future of the country rests not in the hands of soldiers and merchants but in those of the students and scholars. Tis is the demand of the modern time to work together and save morality, intellectuality, sincerity and the society. It is the utmost responsibility of every citizen to co-operate with each other. Co-operation and collaboration are not only part of education, they are the roots of the society. Te entire education system can be changed for the better if we all are working collectively and confdently. In real life, often I realize that our mind is like a bank account. Deposit in it only good ideas, pleasant experiences and positive thoughts. Ten only we will get back all and with a high interest.
