Benefts Encourages Peer Coaching: Collaborative learning often encourages “peer coaching”, when one student helps other team members understand a complex problem and its possible solution. It has been often observed by all of us that we usually learn more by teaching than we have learnt as ‘learners’. Students can co-relate to one another more easily than to a teacher at times. Tey feel that they are in the same boat and feel comfortable to work with someone who has something in common with them.
