One such attempt is the awareness regarding gender sensitization. Te students of classes VI to XI have made a bold attempt to present a vibrant form of music Qawwali on the school Annual Day. Te Qawwali focused on atrocities meted to women folk like physical harassment, people's misinterpretation of culture, depriving the girls from their right to get educated, etc. It highlighted the necessity to fght for gender bias and the need to spread awareness. Participants of the Jalandhar Sahodaya Cluster schools Activity on Gender Senstization Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's Public School, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh Bhavan's stands for reintegration of Indian culture and believes in creating social awareness in the society in order to suit the needs and requirements of the modern times.
